Get Started with Milly

The most common question we hear at the “shop” for the last two years is by far, “how much lower do you think home prices or rates will get?”.  In today’s installment Milly talks to our mortgage clients of Wisconsin and Illinois, and Americans from edge to edge for that matter, about the virtue of “siezing the day” and taking advantage of what the market has to offer now.

Homeowners of America today that are in their current mortgage have reservations about refinancing because of fear they will regret that they didn’t wait for the “bottom” of the interest rate market.  Milly illustrates that most people who wait for bottom end up getting “whiplash” because the mortgage bottom doesn’t advertise that it’s coming and once it hits, it’s already gone.

There also seem to be a lot of renters in our local market, the Fox Cities of Wisconsin and across Illinois, Wisconsin and America that are also sitting on the sideline (their apartments) waiting for the home prices to “bottom” out as well.  Milly lets you know that every month you think you’re doing yourself a “service” by waiting, is another month you throw your money away on rent.

Don’t let greed, paranoia or indecision keep you from either saving money now on your mortgage or starting to have your money work for you with a mortgage.

In today’s video Milly gets the help of Harry and Lloyd to illustrate the seven common “trip ups” people can suffer on their credit and keep them from qualifying for a mortgage.  Milly wanted to take some time to talk about some of these because they go beyond the common, “pay your bills”, “don’t get sued”, “don’t get your credit pulled a 100 times” type of advice that is readily out there.  Today’s video provides some worth while and “out of the box” stuff to keep your eye on in regard to your credit scores and the next time you apply for credit.

Identity Theft is a serious felony that affects millions of Americans each year.  In today’s installment Milly lets the nation know about the “3 D’s” to protect themselves from these identity theft “scumbags” (as he so eloquently puts it).  Honest Americans today need to safeguard their non-public information more than ever and need to keep in mind that they can become a victim anytime and in several different ways.  With risk of sounding paranoid, in today’s video Milly gives the “what to look fors” and the “how to keep them aways”.

Identity Theft is a crime punishable by law and can take years to remedy for the victim.  If you or one of your loved ones feel you are a victim or might be falling victim to identity theft, do not hesitate to call the authorities today.
